Coaching for Perfectionists
Under Pressure
For people who look fine on the outside, but feel tense or disconnected inside.
Together we build calm strength, self-trust, and inner alignment -without losing yourself in the process.
Whether you are navigating a personal shift, career transition or inner reset, we work in a practical, personal way -online or in person across Switzerland.
How I work
- Grounded expertise, personal focus: Certified coach (ICF, AC, Gallup CliftonStrengths®) and NLP Master - combined with a tailored individual approach.
- You bring the topic, I hold the space: I listen deeply, ask focused questions and create clarity and forward movement.
- Practical, science-informed tools: I draw on frameworks like the GROW model, strengths-based reflection and tools from Positive Psychology.
- Concrete takeaways: Each session ends with insights and practical next steps - so change feels authentic, doable and lasting.

Quick Q&A
Do I need to know my goal already?
No. You can start with whatever feels most important right now - clarity often emerges through the process.
Weekly or biweekly - what’s best?
Weekly builds momentum faster. Biweekly gives more space for reflection and integration. We’ll choose what fits your life and capacity.
Is coaching therapy?
Therapy often focuses on healing the past; coaching is forward-looking and goal-oriented - and not a substitute for therapy.
What happens between sessions?
Coaching works best as a process: reflection and practice between sessions is what turns insight into real-life change.
When do we talk about investment?
In the discovery call - once we know what you need, I’ll share the investment.
What if I’m not sure we’re a fit?
That’s exactly what the discovery call is for - trust and rapport matter, and we’ll sense whether it feels right. If it doesn’t feel like a good fit after the first two sessions, you’re free to stop. Coaching only works when there’s a connection.
